Plus Military Railways rule book dated 1933 and GWR booklet "Geographical and Alphabetical Lists of Stations, Signalboxes, Etc". 54pp dated January 1911. Covers poor. Lot 84 General Books 3: METROPOLITAN RAILWAY rule book. Green clothbound covers with title stamped into front. 242pp dated 1921. Very worn, covers poor. Plus similar GWR booklet "Fuel Efficiency on the Footplate" dated 1945 and Joseph Flinn compiled booklet "A List of Railway Stations in England" dated 1875. Covers very poor. Lot 85 General Books 3: RADIO SCRIPT "Ballard of John Axon" by Ewan MacColl and Charles Parker for the BBC tribute to Driver John Axon (hero of the 1957 Chapel en le Frith accident). 34 typescript pages, a little dog-eared but OK. - Sold for £75 to bidder number 861.

Lot 95 General Books 3: SWINDON WORKS office copy of the original drawing for the arrangement and details of Warship class locomotive nameplate "Vanguard". Approx 48" x 36", rubber stamped 1973.
