Lot 361 Handbills Singles: GWR larger type handbill for cheap fares from the Hereford and Cheltenham area to Monmouth for the Monmouth races. Dated September 1884. Some edge creasing otherwise good condition. - Sold for £75 to bidder number 2100.
Lot 362 Handbills Pre-Grouping: Small quantity of PRE GROUPING handbills including examples from LNWR, L&YR and LNWR, Midland Railway, East Coast Route, CLC. Most with faults, some very poor. (Qty) - Sold for £35 to bidder number 1481.
Lot 363 Handbills Pre-Nat: CRICKET. Two LNER handbills listing county matches in 1928(8pp, rusty staples) and for the Scarborough Cricket Week 1935. Plus BR handbills for England matches v West Indies 1957 and v Australia 1953 and 1956. (5) - Sold for £50 to bidder number 1307.
Lot 364 Handbills Pre-Nat: SR longer type handbill for excursions to Fratton and Portsmouth for Portsmouth football matches. Dated December 1937. Minor edge faults. Plus SR handbill for excursion from Southampton area to Nottingham for FA Cup match between Southampton and Nottingham Forest, January 1938. (2) - Sold for £26 to bidder number 1481.
Lot 365 Handbills Pre-Nat: SR handbill detailing the programme of rail and steamer arrangements from London to the Naval Review at Spithead, May 1937. Blue print with illustration on front. 4pp. Plus SR programme of additional, altered and cancelled services in connection with the same Naval Review. Foolscap sized, blue print, 8pp. (2) - Sold for £18 to bidder number 1481.
Lot 366 Handbills Pre-Nat: Three SR handbills. Day tour to Ypres and the Belgian battlefields, excursion to Southampton to see the Queen Mary (both longer type dated 1938), cheap day tickets to Camelford from various North Cornwall stations (December 1946). (3) - Sold for £24 to bidder number 1481.

Lot 378 Menus: LMS restaurant car menu and wine list for the "Town Holidays" train on 11th August 1936. 4pp with red colour illustration of Mercury the winged messenger on front cover and advert for company hotels on rear. Folded and a little worn. - Sold for £28 to bidder number 3294.
